We are very confident in our products, and we believe that the warranty should reflect that. We want to win customers for a lifetime and not just for a specific time or need.

WARRANTY TIME

Within normal and appropriate use, we guarantee our products for any production (manufacturing) defect, for a period of 36 months and for all materials. A guarantee that will bring you satisfaction, and that gives you complete peace of mind and confidence when purchasing online.

WHAT IS NORMAL USE?

Normal use comprises:

 

- The use of our products for the purpose for which they are intended.

 

- After being used, all products will always be stored indoors during bad weather conditions.

 

- Remember that our materials/products are partly sensitive to water, sunlight, sea and chlorine.

 

- Do not attempt to repair damaged products yourself. Contact us or your Unique dealer immediately.

 

- Remember that our filling is malleable, and over time and intensive use, it will tend to lose volume and thus make your piece appear to decrease in size. This can be solved by adding a little more filler (EPS refill). Our Guarantee does not, under any circumstances, cover filling.

- Be careful with sharp objects, such as high heels, nails, keys, scissors, etc...

 

PRODUCTION DEFECTS

 

Our guarantees cover any production (manufacturing) errors that may occur, and we are here to help and resolve them, as soon as the problem is identified. legitimacy of a complaint.​

 

Your expectations in relation to our product must be effective, but always remember that your effort is essential in using the products normally, and suitable for the purpose for which they are intended (indoor or outdoor). Only in this way will we be able to make your Unique last as long as expected and desired.​

 

We can choose to repair a product (free of charge), send a new replacement item, or refund the purchase price of the item in question.

 

HOW CAN I CONTACT IF THERE IS A DEFECT?

 

In case of problems, always contact our customer service via the contact form, email, or chat (website). To this end, always have your purchase information close to you.

BOUGHT THE ITEM FROM A RESELLER, WHAT NOW?

If you purchased your Unique product through a reseller, contact them, always with proof of purchase close to you. They will be happy to help you.

ITEM OUT OF WARRANTY

Even if an item is out of warranty, or the problem was caused by your own use (e.g. humidity, dirt, bird droppings, misuse, or other damage...), please contact us. It may be possible to repair an item for a symbolic value, or exchange it (for a friendly value) for a spare item, which may eventually be available in our warehouse for this type of case.
